April is an invitation to slow down, refocus, and stay consistent in what matters most.

This month, we’re continuing our journey of daily movement + time in God’s Word, creating space to hear from Him in the middle of our everyday lives. No pressure. No perfection. Just 10–15 minutes a day—walking, reading, and letting God meet us right where we are.

We’ll begin by finishing the book of Psalms, grounding our hearts in worship, trust, and honesty before God. Then we’ll move into the book of John, where we’ll see clearly who Jesus is—His heart, His words, and His invitation to follow Him. As we close out the month, we’ll step into Acts and begin to see what bold, everyday faith looks like in action.

This isn’t about checking a box—it’s about building consistency, one step at a time, one verse at a time, one day at a time.

Whether you’re just starting or continuing the journey, you’re invited to walk with us.

Let’s stay consistent together!

🌿 How the Challenge Works

This is simple on purpose—because consistency beats perfection every time.

1. Move your body (10–15 minutes)

Take a walk, stretch, sit outside—whatever works for you.
This is your time to slow down, clear your mind, and create space.

2. Read Scripture (10–15 minutes)

Follow the daily reading plan provided.
Some days may be one chapter, others a little more—don’t rush it. Just stay present.

3. Reflect

Ask yourself:

  • What stood out to me?

  • What is God showing me?

  • How can I apply this today?

4. Check in (optional but encouraged)

Share in the group:

  • Your walk / movement ✔️

  • One verse or insight ✔️

This helps build accountability and encourages others.

5. Stay consistent—not perfect

Miss a day? Just pick back up the next day.
No catching up. No guilt. Just keep going.

The Goal

Not to finish fast…
but to build a daily rhythm with God that actually lasts.

One step at a time.
One verse at a time.
One day at a time.

Who This Is For

This is for you if…

  • You want to be consistent with God, but don’t know where to start

  • You’ve tried reading your Bible before and struggled to stick with it

  • Your life feels busy, overwhelming, or out of rhythm

  • You’re looking for a simple, realistic way to grow in your faith

  • You want accountability without pressure or perfection

This is for:

  • The beginner who’s just starting their faith journey

  • The one starting over again

  • The one who feels stuck or disconnected

  • The one who just needs a reset

You don’t have to have it all together.
You don’t have to be “perfect” at this.

You just have to show up.

What You’ll Gain

This isn’t about checking a box—it’s about what God begins to do in you when you show up consistently.

Clarity

Spending time in God’s Word helps quiet the noise and gives you direction for your day and your decisions.

Peace

Even when life feels chaotic, you’ll begin to experience a steadiness that doesn’t come from circumstances—but from Him.

Consistency

You’ll build a simple, daily rhythm that actually sticks—one that fits into real life, not just ideal life.

Confidence in God’s Word

The more you read, the more familiar it becomes.
You’ll start to understand Scripture and apply it in a real, personal way.

A Stronger Relationship with God

Not through pressure—but through daily connection.
You’ll begin to recognize His voice, His presence, and His leading.

Momentum

Small, daily steps create lasting change.
What starts as 10–15 minutes can transform how you live, think, and respond.

What You’ll Notice Over Time

  • You respond differently in hard moments

  • You feel less overwhelmed and more grounded

  • You begin to crave time with God instead of forcing it

  • You grow—not perfectly, but steadily

The Goal

Not perfection.
Not pressure.

Just showing up and letting God do the rest.

Daily Walking Tips + Encouragement

This isn’t about a perfect routine. It is about creating a rhythm you can actually keep.

Keep it simple

You do not need the perfect setup.
A short walk around your neighborhood, your driveway, or even inside your home counts.

Pick a consistent time

Morning, lunch break, or evening. Choose a time that works for you and stick with it as best you can.

Limit distractions

Try walking without music sometimes and just sit with God’s Word.
Let the Scripture settle instead of rushing past it.

Do not rush the reading

This is not about finishing. It is about understanding.
Slow down, reread a verse if needed, and let it speak to you.

Take one thing with you

You do not need to remember everything.
Just take one verse, one thought, or one truth into your day.

Give yourself grace

Miss a day? You did not fail.
Just pick back up the next day. No catching up, no guilt.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. The goal is daily movement, but that can look different each day. Walking is encouraged, but stretching, sitting outside, or quiet time with God still counts.

How long should this take each day?

About 10 to 15 minutes total. This is designed to fit into real life, not add pressure.

What if I miss a day?

Just pick back up the next day. No catching up and no guilt. Consistency over time matters more than perfection.

Do I have to follow the reading exactly?

Yes, we encourage you to follow the plan so we can stay aligned as a group. But if you need to slow down and sit with a passage, that is okay.

What Bible translation should I use?

Any translation you understand is great. Choose one that helps you stay engaged and consistent.

Do I need to share in the group?

No, sharing is optional. But it is highly encouraged because it builds accountability and encourages others.

What should I share if I check in?

Keep it simple.
Your walk or movement
One verse or insight that stood out

What if I do not understand what I read?

What is the goal of this challenge?

To build a simple, daily rhythm with God that actually lasts.
