February 40 Mile Walking Challenge

A simple challenge for your body + your spiritual walk.

Welcome! 💛 I’m so excited you’re here. This challenge isn’t just about walking for your health—it’s about taking intentional steps in your spiritual walk too. Whether you’re walking for energy, stress relief, or connection with God, you’re in the right place.

Take each day one step at a time, and let’s do this together!

Walk 40 miles total during February

  • Track your miles daily

  • Encourage yourself and others along the way

  • Take each step intentionally, praying, listen and take in God’s goodness.

  • Daily: ~1.5 miles/day (about 30 minutes)

  • Weekly: 10 miles/week

  • Catch-up: Miss a day? Simply add the miles to your next walk

  • Move your body in a way that feels doable and joyful, not stressful

  • Build little habits each day that add up to big wins

  • Boost your energy, mood, and feel more like yourself

  • Take intentional time to seek God, soak in His grace, and in prayer or gratitude

By the end of February, you’ll notice:

  • More energy in your day

  • A happier, joyful, lighter mood

  • Happy in what you’ve accomplished

  • Time to seek God, soak in His grace, and see His goodness

  • A little daily consistency that makes life feel easier

To make your walks more meaningful, I’ve included daily prompts and scripture ideas. Here are a few examples:

  • Walk & reflect on a Bible verse

  • Take a “grateful walk” and name 5 things you’re thankful for

  • Listen to worship or a podcast while you walk

  • Share your walk view or favorite moment on social media

  • Walk with a friend or your dog
